In this episode, I discuss the benefits of scent walking, an activity I coined after years of practice.
Unlike walking, which on its own has many wonderful health benefits, scent walking incorporates the element of smelling purposefully, giving the added reward of letting you be in the moment and connecting with your surroundings.
I explain why putting your attention on smelling has physical, mental and emotional benefits to support your wellbeing. And I'll guide you through the elements of scent walking, finishing the episode by taking you along on a walk in my (very hilly) neighborhood to explain how it's done.
